Bought a new Toyota Camry over the memorial day weekend. Contacted a bunch of Toyota dealers in the South Bay. Piercey Toyota was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. They worked out a fantastic lease deal for us that I'm very happy with. I'd recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit Piercey Toyota. They are a total class act! Thanks!! More
I was debating between purchasing or leasing a Prius 2013 so I came in to get a quote and was hoping to be offered some options. The one sale associate already had a grumpy attitude but the so-called Interne so I came in to get a quote and was hoping to be offered some options. The one sale associate already had a grumpy attitude but the so-called Internet Sale Manager, ANDREW TRAN, was the most horrible person/employee I have ever encountered in this kind of business. He was straight up RUDE, condescending in his tone and responses, as he used an extremely intimidating and aggressive approach towards me as a potential customer. He even said, "If you don't buy or lease from us, we're HAPPY." What kind of treatment was that?! Well, Piercey Toyota, Mr. ANDREW TRAN just got his wish granted and your dealership just lost a customer and will continue to lose more from this day forward. When you're in this kind of business, you've got to be careful of how you treat your customers, otherwise, your loss will be tenfold. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you're a potential customer, go somewhere else for better deal and better customer service. That kind of customer service does not deserve even 1 star in my book. And that ANDREW TRAN guy needs to get his behind FIRED!!!! P.S. I got my Prius 2013 from Fremont Toyota at a great below market price and with stellar customer service. More

DAVID K. CHAN WAS VERY ACCOMODATING & HELPFUL. WHEN I LEFT, MY CAR SMELLED LIKE BURNING OIL. THE NEXT DAY, WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY, IT WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE. IT SOUNDED LIKE THE ENGINE WAS STRUGGL LEFT, MY CAR SMELLED LIKE BURNING OIL. THE NEXT DAY, WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY, IT WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE. We were trying to buy a used car. One sales asked us to stay for 10 more minutes even though we said we were going to get lunch and come back later. It turned out to be much longer than 10 minutes. We made a counter offer, but another sales was constantly comparing his asking price after tax with my offer price before tax, even after we pointed it out to him. After we pointed out the miscomparison to him several times, he demeaned us by asking us if we know how to do addition and subtraction! Again we told him we were going to lunch first because it's already much longer than their promised 10 minutes, but then that second sales ridiculed us saying we were trying to buy a car in 10 minutes! It was a very bad experience. They were not treating their customers respectfully at all! More
I bought Corolla at Nov/B from Sam and his personarity was Ok and Corolla is good car and I call him for buying SIENNA 2012 but he suggested used car and he told that my recommended car is Ok and I didn't was Ok and Corolla is good car and I call him for buying SIENNA 2012 but he suggested used car and he told that my recommended car is Ok and I didn't tell lie to you , only true story. ....so I belived him ( this was too bad for me finally) I didn't learn used SIENNA and he offered 2011 SIENNA and then I bought it. I just came from Japan and I don't know system of car selling in USA and Sam knows it. I didn't know that 2011 SINENNA model was from 2010 July and I requested him that show me that car history but he didn't show me anything and he just told me that tust me... I was a Sucker in that time. The car was build at 2010 July and was using from 2010 Aug. I asked his manager, David Cepeda why car of building at 2010 July and using at 2010 Aug was called 2011. David Cepeda told me that SIENNA was changed at 2010 July , and we (Toyota) call 2011 SIENNA from 2010 July. But I asked David Cepeda about it , finally he told me that did you asked Sam when this SINENNA was build and please call Toyota why you call 2011 SIENNA which was build at 2010 July and used at 2010 Aug. and he hang up and he told me that I called you later... but I didn't receive phone call from him. now four days past I visited this dealer once after above discussion for paper work for Autoloan and I just talked to Finance manager about this story. The finance manager didn't know that SIENNA 2011 was started from 2010 July. How do I know? I'm not Toyota man. I won't be this dealler again because I don't have enough information about car. if I'll find complain about their job or have additional questions after completing any maintenance or ... , they may tell me that you didn't tell me or ask me in that time so I didn't explain it to you. Addional story: I found missing "back up sensor " and "cross bar" after purchased the car one week before. and I call sales (he didn't pick up my phone) , and then I talked to above manager. he told me that checking with Sum and call me, but he didn't . And I call hime next day, manager told me that Service call you when service can arrange schedule. I asked him why you or Sam didn't call me yesterday. He didn't answer it. and I asked another question that Sam didn't explain to me about missing both "back up sensor " and "cross bar". but he didn't explain it to me. More

Advisor blame me for a customer that left because this. Advisor was so arrogant he advise me to go to another dealer to service my car.Which i will after what happened to me. This place is great. I just purchased my second Camry from Piercey. My first car was actually a lease. Then I got a call from Piercey. Because I always have my oil changed there they realized I was over my miles. They figured out a way to take in my 09 Camry and sell me a 2011 Camry and my payments only went up a little bit! Plus I didn't have to pay any penalties for the extra mileage and now I don't have to worry about mileage because its a purchase. Thanks to the whole team at Piercey Toyota!
