Nice sales guy - AWESOME Finance guy. I went to go check out the new 2016 Prius and get my car appraised for trade in. The sale man (Levi Ressler, Nice but a little awkward-like socially b I went to go check out the new 2016 Prius and get my car appraised for trade in. The sale man (Levi Ressler, Nice but a little awkward-like socially but not a bad thing and maybe a bit shy) Him and I had been emailing a bit, discussing the prius and my trade-in. I finally made the appointment to go visit him and see what we could do. I arrived to the dealership and met Levi and young lady named Liz (who was very kind. Offered my mother and I water, coffee or tea and made sure we were very comfortable.) He valued my trade-in and we discussed numbers which took a little while due to me being new to having credit and my car's payoff amount. I will say - He did help me as much as he could but didnt think to ask about co-signer's willing to help me out.. My mother brought it up and she ended up being the one to help me out and then everything was golden! My payments went to where I could afford them with ease and everything was going smoothly at this point. Then we were sent to Finance with Bill. Bill is AWESOME - Very friendly, quriky and funny. My Mother and I ended up getting the 100k warranty (instead of 30k) and tire/wheel care (which includes new tires if the tires get a hole or what not AND if the rim is to badly damaged to the point to where the tire wont hold air due to it - they will replace the wheel for FREE.) I only ended up paying a little over 30 dollars difference for a whole lot more care and ease of mind. Thanks to Bill in financing I feel taken care of 100%. I love my new 2016 Blizzard Pearl Prius 3! Instead of paying (for example) 1000 dollars out of pocket to replace a rim - its covered! I Pay nothing and they will come and get the car (and me) and replace the tire or rim - or both! Even fix my window if a crack happens. Or better yet.. 6000 for the Navigation system - out of pocket price! BUT because I pay just a little more than the base pay - COVERED! in my extra few dollars a month I pay for my beautiful car. I can NOT complain - not at all. Thank you so much Levi and Bill! More

We wanted Toyota Rav4 with AWD, front crash prevention and some other desirable features. Levi spent a lot of time explaining to us all our options for different models and all implications for us in terms of convenience and price. There was no any push at all, just friendly and competent information with possible pros and cons. And he went beyond to make our deal work for our satisfaction. This is the 1st vehicle we have purchased from Piercey Toyota. Great Service overall! More
Best Buying Experience Ever We arrived early for the appointment. Being a July 4th weekend, the dealership was jammed with people, everyone trying to cap on the great deals. We knew exactly what we wanted ahead of time and Rod had everything ready for us. The main thing was price. Rod went straight to the point and went through the numbers. He knew that I would be happy and satisfied with the price. There was no need to go through the trouble of negotiating and going up and down with the price.. Within a half hour or so we were done with him and took a short test drive. Then we were off to see the Insurance verification lady which only took about 5 mins and then we moved along to Reza, finance. We had to wait a little while, but was not a long wait. I had forgotten that there was so much paperwork that needed to be generated. This took about an hour. Again, Reza explained every line item. In addition, he played with the numbers to save us some taxes, this is well appreciated. After that came the return of our lease. This took no time at all. Basically, I just have to hand over the keys and fill some form for the odometer reading. All in all, the entire process, from the time we arrived to the time we drove out of the lot, took about 2 hours. Rod and Reza tried their best to move things along quickly so we don't end up not wasting time waiting around. The best part is there was absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy. I have bought many other cars in the past. Not one experience had me driving my new car out of the lot in record time in my books. I love the fact that everything was upfront and on the level. They made an extra effort to save me some monies that was really an added bonus. More
Horrible lack of service ? DAY 1: I HAD BROUGHT IN MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER AND WAS TOLD AN OIL CHANGE WOULD TAKE AN HOUR SINCE I WAS IN A TIME CRUNCH. , I WAITED. CHECKED IN ? DAY 1: I HAD BROUGHT IN MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER AND WAS TOLD AN OIL CHANGE WOULD TAKE AN HOUR SINCE I WAS IN A TIME CRUNCH. , I WAITED. CHECKED IN WITH MY ADVISOR AFTER 45 MIN. MY CAR HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED SO I TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO LEAVE TO PICK UP MY SON FROM SCHOOL. TOOK THEM 30 MIN TO BRING MY CAR UP. (SERVICE WAS NOT DONE) I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER (MIKE JIMENEZ) AND EXPLAINED MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT THEIR TIME MANAGEMENT. SO HE ADVISED ME TO BRING IT BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR MY SERVICE AS HE WELL PROVIDE A LOANER CAR FOR ME AT NO CHARGE. KEEP IN MIND, DURING MY WORK HOURS, I HAVE ERRANDS TO RUN DURING MY LUNCH BREAK AROUND 1230 AND PICKING UP MY SON FROM SCHOOL AND DROPPING HIM BACK OFF TO THE BABYSITTERS HOUSE AND HEADING BACK TO WORK AT 3 SO YES, I DO NEED A CAR THROUGH OUT THE DAY. DAY 2: I CAME IN AND CHECKED IN FOR MY "LOANER" CAR THAT MIKE SAID HE WOULD RESERVE FOR ME. WHICH THEY ENDED UP WANTING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE LOANER AFTER MIKE. COMES TO FIND OUT. THAT WAS ALLL A LIE! I DID NOT HAVE ANY ARRANGEMENTS FOR A RIDE TO GET TO WORK, FINALLY AFTER 20 MIN. OF MAKING CALLS, SERVICE OFFERED THE SHUTTLE RIDE. I LITTERALLY WORK RIGHT BEHIND THE DEALERSHIP AT GREAT MALL. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER DECIDES TO TAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS FIRST BEFORE DROPPING ME OFF ( THE CLOSEST STOP). BUT WHATEVER THAT WASNT MUCH OF AN ISSUE. PRIOR TO LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP, I TOLD MIKE TO GIVE ME A CALL WHEN MY CAR IS FINISHED AND WASHED. I RECEIVED A CALL AT 12PM FROM MIKE STATING THAT MY CAR WAS READY. I LEFT MY WORK AT 1230 ON MY 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK TO PICK UP THE CAR TO SEE THAT IT WASNT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING FINISHED!. I HAD WAITED ANOTHER 45 MINUTES! JUST FOR THEM TO WASH MY xxxx CAR. AND BEING LATE TO GET BACK TO WORK. I SPOKE TO MIKE AND COMPLAINED THAT THE CAR WASNT READY, IM ON MY LUNCH BREAK, AND HAD TO BE LATE. EXPLAINED ABOUT MY WHOLE FRUSTRATION ABOUT THEIR TIMING. WASTING A CUSTOMERS TIME. OBVIOUSLY, THEIR CUSTOMERS TIME IS NOT VALUABLE. THERE NEEDS TO BE A CHANGE. AFTER ALL I COMPLAINED AND EXPLAINED TO MIKE, THE ONLY COMMENT HE HAD TO SAY WAS " WELL YOUR TIMING IS NOT MY BUSINESS, IF YOU DONT LIKE OUR SERVICE HERE, YOU CAN GO GET YOUR SERVICE ELSE WHERE." REALLY!?? xxx! MY CAR IS ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD, AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME AND BRING BUSINESS TO THIS xxxx HOLE DEALERSHIP! More

Very nice guy, approachable and didn't pressure you in any way! Once all the Sales paperwork was completed I was walked over to Riza in Finance. He was very helpful in explaining the warranty and maintenance service packages available and managed to get me a great rate for 5 years. Not sure how they did it, but I am forever grateful for all their help :) Overall, I would definitely recommend meeting with Chen and Riza! They made my first car buying experience a great one! More
