Piercey is the best service department for Toyota. I tried a different dealer once because it was more convenient, but I was very disappointed in the quality of care. My car had loud rattles that weren't there when I brought it in. They fixed that after I complained, but I had to wait another hour for them to fix their mistake. Never again.
