I had my 5k maintenance service done at Piercey Toyota My service advisor Miguel Lopez did an excellent customer service from start to end! He was courteous and kept me updated throughout the service. Afte My service advisor Miguel Lopez did an excellent customer service from start to end! He was courteous and kept me updated throughout the service. After picking up my car, I headed to the mall and when going home, my car would not start. One of the added service was the battery service due to the corrosion. I called Miguel to tell him the situation and he responded very quick to the issue. Within 15mins he came by with the shuttle and replaced the battery. By doing this, he saved the dealership money and bad reviews. I believe he went beyond his job scope To keep the customer satisfied. Keep up the great work Miguel!!!! More
