Not all service managers are friendly, but many are. Dexter was the service manager this time, and he was very friendly. I should note that you don't usually get the service manager that you made appointment with on the website. (This is not a complaint, just an observation.) I get a short video from the technician as the inspection/work nears the end. It is nice to see the actual areas of the car that the technician is inspecting. I am always impressed by how clean the garage/workshop area is. It is clean every time I visited during last 5 years. Car is returned within the promised (estimated?) time. More

Took the shuttle back to the office and got an ride back when my car was finished so I didn't have to wait in the lobby the whole time resisting the temptation of the box of donuts near the coffee maker.
