It took two visits to diagnose and complete the repairs, but Winston Wong provided excellent customer care - he kept me informed of the progress, described to me in detail what was going on, and went the extra mile to expedite shuttle service. The automotive technician Minh did a great job in making the correct diagnosis, sensor installation, and a less common calibration method to complete the repair. I bought my car at Piercey a decade ago and have always brought my car to this place for all major and maintenance service. Thank you and keep up the good work. More
