Timely, comprehensive service I was helped by Diana at the service department with a smart Key fob duplication request. She was able to quickly handle my appointment and get parts ready and ordered (even when I forgot to order them ahead of my appointment, oops!) And they had me out within the time estimate (~2 hrs) and had done a free inspection and let me know about two other small things I'd have to deal with (she was not pushy about getting them done at the dealership when I said I'd deal with them myself, a plus!) I had to come back the next week to get a part that had to be ordered and Diana remembered me and quickly helped me get in and out with my part right away. Great service. :) More

I am tired of Piercey Surveys I got an Toyota Survey on Piercey and now this one. I could waste more time answering stupid surveys than the service took. I will likely look at other Toyota dealers due to these STUPID surveys... Service an people are great. The post service surveys are a major annoyance. I do not expect to be harassed by a vendor when I paid good money for service. Piercey has now gotten a very bad mark as far as I am concerned for its concern for the customer and his time. I do not need to waste my time on their surveys. There are 4 other dealers I can go to in the area and I will look around when I purchase my new Prius in January. Piercey blew it. More
