I submitted a request through Costco's Auto program for both a Toyota Camry Hyrid and Honda Accord Hybrid. Received emails from both right away. Pari from Piercey Toyota followed up with a phone call and we had a nice friendly conversation about what I was looking for. She had a car waiting for me to look at that she thought fit my criteria and I ended up purchasing that car. I appreciate that she listened to what I wanted and took the extra effort to identify the car before I arrived at the dealership. More
Not so smooth start I was 5 minutes early the service writer was 5 minutes late and his computer was down, for at least a week he said. He was very professional after I asked to be checked in. My appointment was for 8:am and was attended to around 8:20 so I went from 1st in line to about 15th. I do not completely fault J. M. Piercey should have his computer repaired. More

Great customer service Marvin Mallari was very gracious in my customer service appointment. My engine light was on and I found out it was because my gas cap wasn't screwed on all the way (stupid me!). Yet Marvin deducted my cost as a "lesson learned" and I was very grateful. Buying from Piercey Toyota was a very terrible experience 6 days ago, i bought a MAZDA Cx7 2007 from this dealer, for my daughter to use in Long Beach, and the salesperson Andy Huang and GM Calvin Ressler sa 6 days ago, i bought a MAZDA Cx7 2007 from this dealer, for my daughter to use in Long Beach, and the salesperson Andy Huang and GM Calvin Ressler said that they did all the tests and that the car was in a perfect condition. Because I believe them and trusted that there was no problem at all, i paid $6,100 "As Is" for the Cx7, which is $200 more than Kelly BlueBook's highest price. After buying the car, I drove the car down with my family from San Jose to Long Beach yesterday; however, during the drive, there was a foul odor inside the vehicle and smoke emitting from the hood. So as soon as we got to Long Beach we went to a GoodYear service dept to check the car. After 2+ hours of waiting, the GoodYear technicians told me that there was a oil leak and that they couldn't fix it, they told me that I must go to a MAZDA service dept to check the turbocharger. I then drove to a MAZDA service dept to check the car, and I met a technician named Daniel. He told me that he cannot check the car because his business hours are almost over but gave us an estimate that the cost to repair the car may cost more than $5,000 to repair the turbocharger issue and a long time. Because of the high-pricing for the repair, I sought help from my technician friend in Long Beach. He helped me to check the car 3 hours later. As he was checking, my car suddenly shut down; the power ran out of all electrical power, it was only after 30 sec later that the power came back but everthing became strange. The TCS off light came on and it couldn't be turned off, and the engine rpm became very low. My friend also found out that the engine oil was almost at zero, while made no sense since we just did a oil change the day before. We then added another 4 qt of engine oil, and thought the problem was fixed, at least momentarily. However when we tried to drive to our hotel, the car started vibrating remendously at a red light and the engine even stopped during that process. Because of how dangerous this was, we went back to our friend's house. My technician friend told me that there were many complains about MAZDA Cx7, specifically on the issues of oil leak and the turbocharger. We realized later that the car progressively got worse. Not only did the PierceyToyota dealer rip me off, they also put my family's lives in danger by selling me a faulty vehicle without warning us beforehand. All the engine oil was gone, making this car susceptible to dying during our drive in the mountains. This concern isn't about how we couldn't get our money back, this concern is based on the fact that they put our lives in a dangerous situation. Later that night, we called PierceyToyota's salesperson Andy and he said that the GM told him that because we bought the car "AS IS", so they are not held responsible for it. Now my $7,000 (including all fees) is going down the drain. My car is now stuck in Long Beach, and my daughter is left figuring out how to mansge without a car, all because of PierceyToyota's dishonesty. So for all readers’ wallet and your lives' safety, DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM PierceyToyota. More

He helped me with exactly what I needed. Originally, it was going to take 3 hours to get everything done but it only took about 2 hours. I got myself some coffee and waited.
