Fastest ever ToyotaCare service From my four ToyotaCare services so far, this one was the fastest. Dexter, the Advisor, was very friendly and professional. After asking me whether I will be waiting (I was), he attached the "Customer Waiting" sign to my vehicle to expedite service. This was never done before, even at this location. He promised the car serviced in "1.5 hour-ish", and it was ready in ~45 min. This was a scheduled 20k service that included oil change. If my every visit went like that, I would consider servicing my car at this location, rather than with a local mechanic, when my ToyotaCare plan expires. Kudos, Piercey Toyota! More
