Mike Tran is the best!! Mike again does not disappoint. He’s honest and timely. Always greets with a smile and keeps me informed of what’s going on with my car. This time Mike again does not disappoint. He’s honest and timely. Always greets with a smile and keeps me informed of what’s going on with my car. This time we had a special request. My daughter’s AirPod fell underneath the back seat and we weren’t able to lift the back seat to retrieve it. Mike unhinged the back seat of my Prius, retrieved the AirPod and left it for us in the cup holder. This service was a minor service plus a AirPod retrieval, lol. Thank you Mike for once again going above and beyond the call is duty. More
