This is no so much a review of the business as it is of one of the employees. I recently purchased my third vehicle from Piercy (formerly) and Envision Toyota. The common denominator of all three transactions was the salesperson, Pari. With all three purchases (2 new and 1 used) Pari did an excellent job making feel comfortable and helping me to negotiate a great price for each Toyota vehicle. (Most buyers know that the salesperson does not control the final sales price/terms of the sale.) Pari was totally transparent during all of my transactions and provided advice regarding the availability of the vehicles, as well as things I should consider when selecting the model of each. For two of the purchases, I was a stickler about the exterior color and model. With both of these vehicles, Pari was upfront and let me know that the vehicles with the color and model were not in stock and she did not attempt to push or coerce me into selecting a vehicle that they did have in stock. Instead, she looked at the dealership incoming inventory and was able to place a hold (with a deposit) on the exact vehicle I wanted. I've owned a number of Toyota vehicles and I will always go back to Pari for future Toyota vehicles. With my most recent purchase (April 2025) I had a very good experience with the finance personnel with whom I dealt in completing the purchase. Both Jose and Melissa were friendly, professional and they were respectful of my time. More
Had an appointment for 50k service on vehicle. Was notified a tire rotation was needed. I waited close to 4 hours just for an oil change. The tire rotation was never done. Steer clear of this dealership. Worst service I’ve ever had. Will never go back to this place. More
This dealership is very open about how they are overcharging for cars simply because people will "pay for it". My husband and I visited to check out the 2025 Toyota Prius. I've worked in sales before, so I understand the process — but from the start, the experience felt slimy and I felt because we are young they thought we were not knowledgeable on prices or interest rates. The salesperson showing us the car was nice enough, but when it came time to talk numbers, he quickly had to call over his manager — a clear sign to me that he wasn't confident in closing the deal himself. Just take your business to another dealership, there are plenty in the Bay Area that are selling these cars for what their price SHOULD be. More

The worst experience, Steve Fields one of the managers gets aggressive and creates lies. When called out with proof of his lies since every communication is recorded in their CRM tool he backpedals and cr gets aggressive and creates lies. They promised a second key, it’s in writing from their own finance department Aimal. They’re now avoiding phone calls, emails and the sales rep who was extremely helpful was terminated, confirmed that Ben the GM is avoiding calls. I have a text claiming the key is there and would be mailed however it’s been 3+ weeks and Steve just lied again claiming I’ve been told there’s no key and being aggressive since I reach out looking for an answer. Call saleman but no answered after that (04Jan2025) *3rd time- comeback and hope to look for DL and car again and they found my DL, but Car still too hight at different model (05Jan2025) *4th time-sale man suddently call me and we deal for a price and ask us to come, we come and they said they can't sale with that price dealed earlier. Very difficult to reach anyone in charge. -It's been a month since I requested a refund for a fully refundable warranty, and they have not responded. -Stolen car parts upon purchase -Racist customers -Terrible customer service AVOID AT ALL COST. I've been trying to cancel the warranties I purchased for a full refund for over a month but have not received a response from the dealership after numerous calls, voice messages, and emails. I tried to email the finance manager today and it looks like my email IP address was BLOCKED. UPDATE: I've been in contact with Toyota finance, and they explained that the warranty I had for the car at the time of purchase is included. Instead the dealership charged me $2495 for it and did not even file the paperwork for it. More

Three hours later, an SMS came to pick up the car, I came and he was at lunch, waited for half an hour, so he was not there and I was served by another person when they kicked out the car and noticed that the wheels were not headed at the same time and correctly one wheel was connected, no one even looked at the tire pressure, no one who gave up the car did not explain, it is necessary to change the filters, when the replacement, that is, communication is zero, very bad attitude, I am disappointed!!!! Terrible sales experience. Bunch of lazy liars. Wasted my time for 4 hours for finance to “crunch” some numbers. I was given a quote for $53k for a brand new rav 4 by the sales Bunch of lazy liars. I started with a lease because there was a rebate going on at the time and the sales person and finance manager advised me it would save me extra $7k then I could buy out vehicle after a month. A month later I went in the purchase the car. When the paper work came back they said the base was $58k and added $10k worth of add-ons. Not only that, no where in the paperwork shows where my trade-in vehicle of $30k went along with the rebate. I spoke to 3 different folks in finance and they anll gave me different breakdowns. None of them knows what they’re doing. I eventually refinanced with another lender and wanted to cancel my service agreement worth close to $3k. Took them 3 months to get me a response, both over phone and in person multiple times. It was excuses after excuses, even the branch manager doesn’t know what she’s doing. One lie after another asking me to go in and they can help me only to be told system is down and can’t do anything although I confirmed with her the day prior to going in knowing the system was down. Take your money elsewhere. Very unethical business and people. Im still waiting for my refund to my new lender. Also my temp car plate was 2 months overdue. When I called dmv they said lender never processed it. Never going back. More

There's plenty of other Toyota dealers out there where they work with honesty and integrity, none of which is found at this dealership. I would advise to buy your next Toyota elsewhere. More
