I went to look at a vehicle at Envision Ford and was very impressed with the entire staff there. My salesperson was Victor, and I felt that he really cared about my situation and did everything in his power impressed with the entire staff there. I am very picky with my purchases and always look for bargains, but I ended up buying the car right there on the spot, and I am completely satisfied with the purchase. In addition, Lance in the financing department was the most honest and helpful finance person I've dealt with. He even reduced my monthly payment from what I had agreed to in the first place. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car. More

Couldn't give me estimate to fix my car's driver side rear view mirror. Didn't have the part to fix the factory Recall problem in spite of me telling them my car doesn't have that issue instead of just i rear view mirror. I was attended to a few minutes after I arrived by Polo and he got the paperwork going right away. He updated me a few hours later and then again to let me know when I could pick up my car. I told him that I couldn't get there by closing time and he told me he would wait for me. I arrived about 20 minutes after closing and sure enough, he was there to hand me my key.
