5 stars for Mark Near in sales. Nice guy. Accommodating. 5 stars for Kat. 5 for Aram in financing. Zero stars for the weekend desk manager, Charlie Park. He was rude, conde Nice guy. Accommodating. 5 stars for Kat. 5 for Aram in financing. Zero stars for the weekend desk manager, Charlie Park. He was rude, condescending, and childish. He seemed to be actively sabotaging the sale after we reached an agreement. I'm shocked they let him interact with consumers. Zero social skills and awareness. If I was the sales team, I'd dread having this guy a part of the closing process. More
