I have found that this dealership, old and now the new one that is under the new management is not trustworthy and tends to place blame on the customer when questioned about services rendered. Unfortunate one that is under the new management is not trustworthy and tends to place blame on the customer when questioned about services rendered. Unfortunately they are the only Ford dealership in the Oxnard/Ventura area, so as customers we have little choice but to obtain services from them and they know this. Going forward, I will be traveling the extra distance to Thousand Oaks for my Ford needs. More

Worst communication with customers. Service advisors don’t do their due diligence and misinform the customers. Three stars but trending up. Envision Ford of Oxnard is getting it together after ownership and management changes. Service consultants are friendly and professional. Took my 2021 F250 6.7 in for an emission recall. The estimated one-hour job to 2.5 hours. Recall work not subject to service charge. More
