After Envision took over from Vista Ford, our go-to service dealership since 2010, we couldn't get an appointment for a safety recall, nobody answered the phone there, and the reviews we read were terr service dealership since 2010, we couldn't get an appointment for a safety recall, nobody answered the phone there, and the reviews we read were terrible. But after giving them a year to get their act together, we decided to try them out for an oil change and some regular maintenance. We were pleasantly surprised by the courteous and friendly service we received from our advisor Grant, and shuttle driver Crystal, who took us home and drove us back to get our car when it was ready. Grant had the staff check our air filters, and told us they didn't need replacing - no unnecessary work, no rip-offs! So we hope they keep up the good work at Envision, and do whatever they have to do to keep Grant and Crystal! More

I was really pleased with my Envision Ford service experience. When setting up the appointment with Rosy, she was super helpful in finding a good day and letting me know how much work could get done. experience. Then Grant in Service was friendly and helpful every step of the way. I had several recalls and I only expected to get 2 or 3 taken care of and I was sure that they would need the car all day- in fact, I was concerned they might need the car overnight. Also, I live about 12 miles from the dealership and I was concerned about waiting around all day. They have a shuttle service that covers a pretty good area, but I was a little too far. But they do offer a waiting room, the shuttle service and they also offer rental cars. I ended up Lyfting home at about 8am. Then, I got a text from Grant at 2pm and when I came in to collect my car, they had taken care of all of my recall issues. I was so pleasantly surprised. More
