I was told up front that replacing my brake hoses would take up to four hours. I had to stay at the dealership & wait. Imagine my surprise when it was done in 1 1\ hours. Service advisor very professional and knowing what tipe of service to be done. This is the second time that I brought my vehicle for service here after taking over from Vista Ford that I have a complaint of service to be done. This is the second time that I brought my vehicle for service here after taking over from Vista Ford that I have a complaint about the service staff. Last time they did not rotate all of my tires, this time they did not put a reminder sticker on the window for the next service. If I am being charged $89 dollars for labor I expect quality service. Will have to look for another place to have my Fords serviced if this trend continues. More
