I had a frustrating experience with the service advisor at Envision Ford. It's not understandable to me that requesting the multipoint inspection report went beyond the and above the duty of the service ce at Envision Ford. I recently went in for my 5 Thousand miles services and I was told I needed repairs to my Bronco. I agreed to these repairs with the agreement there would be some documentation to support these finding and any necessary repairs. I was told that they now send the reports via email from a Third party. I never received a report even after calling the service advisor to give him my email address. After multiple calls, I was still not able to get a legible report. Or what website I could visit to review the report. Now, I no longer trust this dealership and will have another service center review all the repairs and routine maintenance work done. A detailed inspection report is essential for your vehicle's care. It offers documentation, transparency, peace of mind, and helps build trust between you and the service center. I will never go back to Envision Ford. More

I was very impressed. Compared to my passed experiences with Ford, which was very disappointing, this experience was outstanding. I was anxious knowing a needed servicing since my pass was not favorable, however I do not feel anxious any longer. The rental station was surprising and the customer service provided was very professional and amazing. I would rate Johnny over and above in customer service.
