Called Saturday morning and got appointment scheduled after lunch. Got oil change service completed pretty fast. Notice by mechanic an oil leak which explain drop in oil level as leak was not obvious. Us More

I strong suggest staying away from Ford and especially this dealership. They do not honor warrantoee and they don't believe in customers rights to fair repairs More
