I couldn’t believe that Lincoln dealership couldn’t or just refused to fix a door hinge… I was told that I should take it to a body shop??? Makes no sense I made an appointment and told them exactly what just refused to fix a door hinge… I was told that I should take it to a body shop??? Makes no sense I made an appointment and told them exactly what work I needed, took time off from work to get my car fixed and after dropping the car not more than 10 mins I get call saying I can pick up my car because they don’t want to be responsible if they can’t set my door correctly… I mean LINCOLN can’t install their own door hinges???? I’m just baffled… confused and concerned customer but I love my 2004 tow car!!! More

They didn't honor my warranty, 139 miles past warranty despite me saying the check engine light HAD been on for months. Despite all this, they charged $475 for an $11 O² Sensor. $450 of labor charges and despite me saying the check engine light HAD been on for months. Despite all this, they charged $475 for an $11 O² Sensor. $450 of labor charges and it was already there for a recall. I've seen videos; that part takes 5 minutes to put in. I believe they overcharged and to keep your customers happy, they could have called it a warranty fix. Very disappointed in the service More

My wife and I are very satisfied with our F150 Lightening. Envision Ford made our selection very easy by having Lightenings, in stock, with the exact specs that we wanted. The price was also very Lightening. Envision Ford made our selection very easy by having Lightenings, in stock, with the exact specs that we wanted. The price was also very good. Nancy delivered the truck to us on the same day that we purchased it, and we live 200 miles from Oxnard. This eliminated a lot of our stress associated with the long distance purchase. For Lightenings with extended batteries, Envision should be more proactive in notifying the buyer that a Pro Charger is free, from Ford, upon purchase of the truck. More
