Horrible service. I purchased a brand new vehicle at the dealership and the service package. It has been five days since I’ve seen it. I’ve called every day to check on my vehicle, Tony promises he will call me back and never has. Unbelievable. I do not know how they stay in business avoid this dealership at all costs. More

On the positive side, new ownership has made it easier to schedule a service appt. This was my first service with this vehicle and I didn’t recognize what looked like a new team of service advisors. I was helped quickly and I told my service writer that I would wait for the oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours and when I inquired why it was taking so long, this service writer asked me who my service writer was and I had to remind him that it was him! Honestly, I think this is just what you get when you drive a Ford. I will say that it got me thinking about going to the closer Ford dealership in Thousand Oaks. We shall see. My wife says that if I want good service, buy a Mercedes. More

I couldn’t believe that Lincoln dealership couldn’t or just refused to fix a door hinge… I was told that I should take it to a body shop??? Makes no sense I made an appointment and told them exactly what just refused to fix a door hinge… I was told that I should take it to a body shop??? Makes no sense I made an appointment and told them exactly what work I needed, took time off from work to get my car fixed and after dropping the car not more than 10 mins I get call saying I can pick up my car because they don’t want to be responsible if they can’t set my door correctly… I mean LINCOLN can’t install their own door hinges???? I’m just baffled… confused and concerned customer but I love my 2004 tow car!!! More
They didn't honor my warranty, 139 miles past warranty despite me saying the check engine light HAD been on for months. Despite all this, they charged $475 for an $11 O² Sensor. $450 of labor charges and despite me saying the check engine light HAD been on for months. I believe they overcharged and to keep your customers happy, they could have called it a warranty fix. Very disappointed in the service More
