When I called to schedule my wife’s 60k service I asked if there were any extensive items on that service to which the gentleman said no. When I arrived the service advisor was Johnny Lemuz. He was very unfriendly and then provided me with a $1800 dollar invoice for what the service would cost. Once I requested just an oil change his response was “That’s fine it’s your car”. I will never bring either of my fords to this dealer for service. I will drive further to not take it here. Only reason they got 2/5 stars is because the oil change and visual inspection seemed correct. More
I came back to this location after serveral years, I did not have an appointment but they took me in with not issues. The service manager actually did the check in. Horrible service. I purchased a brand new vehicle at the dealership and the service package. It has been five days since I’ve seen it. I’ve called every day to check on my vehicle, Tony promises he will call me back and never has. Unbelievable. On the positive side, new ownership has made it easier to schedule a service appt. This was my first service with this vehicle and I didn’t recognize what looked like a new team of service advisors. I was helped quickly and I told my service writer that I would wait for the oil change and tire rotation. It took two hours and when I inquired why it was taking so long, this service writer asked me who my service writer was and I had to remind him that it was him! Honestly, I think this is just what you get when you drive a Ford. I will say that it got me thinking about going to the closer Ford dealership in Thousand Oaks. We shall see. My wife says that if I want good service, buy a Mercedes. More
