I brought my ford mustang in for a transmission issue the service writer said he only had one mechanic that works on transmissions that I would be in line after two weeks i went to the dealership and my car service writer said he only had one mechanic that works on transmissions that I would be in line after two weeks i went to the dealership and my car hadn’t moved so I asked if it could be washed and that was done and detailed when i got home I found items missing from my trunk when I asked him about the theft he stated that cameras were on my car was there two weeks I was approved by ford to lease anew mustang that won’t happen now at envision ford maybe at sunrise ford they are going to check out my transmission tomorrow one day after I called them I’ll never let envision ford touch my car agin and they’ve seen the last of me permanently 🤢 More
I took my car into the dealership instead of the one that I purchased my car at due to convenience. When I got to the dealership I did not get greeted. I had to approach someone in service to assist me. When I was assisted the gentleman did not go over what was going to be done to my car. I left my car there. I was not offered a courtesy vehicle or a ride somewhere as I was now careless. I called when my car was being serviced to ask if they could wash and charge it. When I came back for it a couple hours later it was nicely washed but not charged. The gentleman that assisted me didn’t go over anything about what had been don’t to my car. I had to ask all of the questions. He called my car up and left to assist another person. I was left there waiting for 10 minutes minimum. When an another gentleman that works there was walking by I asked if he could check to see if my car was being brought up to me he simply replied that it was on its way. Being a first time EV owner I wanted to be well informed. I didn’t get much info out of him so after I paid and got home I had to do research to ensure my vehicle service was what was needed. I am definitely not going back to Envision Ford Lincoln of Oxnard. More
