BEWARE. ZERO STARS. What a disaster of a service department. I have no idea how they haven’t been sued into bankruptcy. They called me wanting to schedule 3 ZERO STARS. What a disaster of a service department. I have no idea how they haven’t been sued into bankruptcy. They called me wanting to schedule 3 recall fixes and I needed 2 warranty fixes. I was promised they had all the parts in stock and I would get my vehicle back same day. At the end of the day I called them to find out if my vehicle was ready. I was told that they didn’t get to it until the afternoon and that one recall was completed, they hadn’t completed a second, and they needed parts for a third. They promised me it would be ready the following day. At the end of the next day I called and was told that they were “waiting on parts.” 4 days later, their phone system hung up on me 7 times in a row, so I went down there to talk to someone. They still didn’t have the parts and my vehicle had been sitting for 4 days, ignored. They hadn’t even diagnosed the warranty issues. I picked up my vehicle and went home to find out they had completely botched one of the 2 recall “fixes” they claimed were completed. After a month of giving them multiple opportunities to fix my vehicle, their gross incompetence continues to abound. The assistant manager Jose makes promises, then back peddles because he realizes it might cost money. They screwed up on the recall, then failed to fix it two more times, and yet they refused me a courtesy vehicle when I gave them a third opportunity to fix it. Both my warranty and service package include access to rentals while they work on my vehicle. But Jose said that fixing their incompetence doesn’t qualify so I’m on my own. I dropped it a third time, had zero help from them to get to work, and very clearly directed them to not touch ANYTHING except to fix their recall mistake. When I arrived to pick it up, Jose started telling me all the warranty work he did on the truck. However, even though he told me it was ready, I waited around for over an hour because they screwed up the recall fix AGAIN. When I finally drove off with the truck, it still wasn’t right. So not only do I have pay someone to fix their recall screw up, but I will have to pay someone to check the additional work they did AGAINST my expressed directive. More

Pretty disappointed in the mechanical service i got. I paid for an oil change with a tire rotation but the tire rotation didn't happen.
