Scheduled me for a recall service only to find out parts was not available. Brought my car for service and they told me they needed to work on it overnight. Booked myself an Uber home because they didn’t ha was not available. Brought my car for service and they told me they needed to work on it overnight. Booked myself an Uber home because they didn’t have a loaner car for me. After 3 hours I get a text message saying I have been scheduled for an appointment next month for the same service! So I called and spoke with the service representative, Leopoldo and he tells me that the parts needed for my recall service was not available. I was there for an hour before I decided to book a ride home but he didn’t tell me that they didn’t have the parts! They wasted my time and money! More
