I originall brought my truck in for 3 recalls. when i got my truck back i had three scratches on the top of my front grill. the scratches were consistent if someone reaching into the engine bay an when i got my truck back i had three scratches on the top of my front grill. the scratches were consistent if someone reaching into the engine bay and thier belt buckle or something scratched the truck. I notified the service department immediately and the advised me to make an appointment to get it fixed. i explained to them that my truck is my only means of transportation and was advised that they did not have a loaner program. They told me I need to rent a car if I wanted to get the scratches fixed. Three months later I was able to talk to a service advisor who provided me a loaner car. I made an appointment on a Thursday to have the scratches fixed. My truck sat in the back lot at the dealership for five days before they even started to repair the scratches. My truck was at the dealership for a total of eight days, seven open for business days. There was no communication on a timeframe or where my vehicle was at during the process. What is the point of making an appointment if you're not gonna look at my vehicle for five days. I believe this process is severely flawed and should definitely be scrutinized in order to provide a quality service to someone who paid almost $80,000 for a vehicle. When I got my vehicle back, the grill was painted however the scratches were not filled in. So although they painted it you can still see the scratches on the grill. There was nobody work done. Not only is the customer service pour at this dealership the bodywork is also poor which reflects an overall poor reading for this dealership. More
Service review Went in for regular maintenance and to have an issue diagnosed. Ended up needed to fix two things. One was repaired and the other still remained as soon as I took the car home. Brought it have an issue diagnosed. Ended up needed to fix two things. One was repaired and the other still remained as soon as I took the car home. Brought it back and was told it just so happened to be a different issue of the same sort but a different location of the car. Either it wasn't diagnosed properly or they just wanted to fix something, it looks bad on the entire service department. How could a new problem pop up somewhere else when you replaced the part that was suppose to be the problem? Hmmmmm. Needless to say it was pretty discouraging when they ask you to pony up even more cash after you dropped 2.5k already on repairs that are still present. More
