Fast service , great personal touch , found problem with my Jeep TJ in one Day !!, Firestone had it for 5- weeks just started replacing things and charging me for it ??, then when Firestone said they fixed my Jeep TJ in one Day !!, Firestone had it for 5- weeks just started replacing things and charging me for it ??, then when Firestone said they fixed it to pick it up I went paid the bill and left and it stopped running not even two blocks away ??, you guys and your service are TOPS IN MY BOOK !! Avoid this place at all costs. I bought my car back in May of 2022 - it is now July 2023. Guess what - MY CAR ISN'T EVEN REGISTERED IN MY NAME. This place is such a joke. They constantly give you the runaround and refuse to return calls. Although I do love my car (even though the passenger headlight went out on the way home and it started misfiring 6 months after buying it), I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Plus, the tack on "non-optional" xx coverage for your car that you can't do anything about... Absolute worst of the worst - from the receptionists to the GM. It's not worth the headache. More
Do NOT go to this dealership. I bought my jeep and it was the most painful experience I have had purchasing a car. It started with them adding $4,000 to the purchase price listed I bought my jeep and it was the most painful experience I have had purchasing a car. It started with them adding $4,000 to the purchase price listed on the sticker for some crap I didn’t want or need (coating on car). We had to argue that which I almost walked away from because of the games played. Then ONE day after I purchased my car, I received a phone call that my car has a recall. Pretty sure that’s illegal and still in the process of filing a complaint about that. Then we waited hrs for the one finance guy to finish the deal. For weeks I received multiple messages, calls, & texts about paperwork they needed signed/fixed and documents they needed because the finance person messed up. Supposedly he was fired (we were told) and I was being contacted non stop about mistakes they should of fixed the first time. At one point I was called to show proof I fixed the recall. I told them they can contact the other dealer and it wasn’t my job. The manager was the definition of a sleezeball. I will never be back. Horrible experience. More

I found the perfect car at the perfect price but when I went to talk to the sales person, the actual price of the car was $7500 more than advertised. Classic bait and switch! The additional money is for “accessories “ and is not optional. This covers such things as key replacement, paint less dent repair, etc.-services which I will probably never use. They also ran several credit checks (?) which resulted in a big decrease in my credit rating. After the deal was done and I had time to review the paperwork, I had several questions. Attempts to reach anyone by phone is IMPOSSIBLE because every one’s mailbox is full. I sent an email to the general manager and did not get a response. Once they sell you the car, they don’t want to have anything to do with you. This is the kind of dealership that reinforces the stereotype of the fast talking, car salesman. The car I bought is great. It’s just a shame that dealing with these people is so stressful. More
