My husband and I took my jeep into the shop because of a problem with the GEM module, which was causing problems for the windshield wipers, the A/C and the transmission. This was specifically detailed for problem with the GEM module, which was causing problems for the windshield wipers, the A/C and the transmission. This was specifically detailed for Risa, and she was even given the name of another automotive shop who had diagnosed the issue but had recommended we take the jeep to the dealership because they didn't have the equipment to fix the GEM module themselves. Instead of relaying that information to the technician, she simply told them the jeep was "sluggish". Two days later we called to find out why the jeep wasn't ready yet, only to be told they hadn't done anything because the jeep wasn't operating sluggishly for them. After telling the manager the actual reasons the jeep was taken in, he then argued with me for about 10 minutes before realized that Risa had simply not done her job correctly and had not relayed any of the pertinent information to the technician. Not only that, but she flat-out lied to my husband on the phone the day before, telling him that they had found the problem with the GEM module but were just trying to figure out how to fix it (obviously not true, since the technician wasn't aware what the issue was). So my jeep was returned to me, still with a broken A/C, broken wipers and transmission issues. Although the bulk of my complaint is with Risa, I also question the skill level of the employees in the shop. To have a jeep with an obvious issue in the shop for 2 days, and to be unable to diagnose the problem, is suspicious to me. All around, Risa, the manager, and the employees at the dealership auto body shop demonstrated lazy, sub-par behaviour and a gross lack of communication. More
There seems to be a variety of ratings here, but I can assure you our experience with each person we worked with and just chatted with professional and FUN. This includes the entire crew we worked with fr assure you our experience with each person we worked with and just chatted with professional and FUN. This includes the entire crew we worked with from Josh to the sales manger to the finance team. They understood we didn't really enjoy the car buying experience and they were good people who took care of business for us. Josh is a solid young man, committed to making the sale. Who can blame him? That is his job. After visiting other dealerships and test driving, this was the group of people who truly reached out, wanted our business and got it, in a respectful not pushy way. A lesson to many dealers here. This car buying experience was the least stressful EVER for us. The team listened and got the job done. In the least amount of time EVER for us when it came right down to getting the deal done. Thank you so much! More

These guys really went out of there way to get me the truck I wanted. Was a very specific color that was only found in Oregon. Took some time to get the deal done but I was really impressed with them and truck I wanted. Was a very specific color that was only found in Oregon. Took some time to get the deal done but I was really impressed with them and love the truck. Dealer trade went smooth. Fair on my trade in. Sales manager, finance, service, everybody was really good to work with. If you go there, ask for Jeremy Rupert as a sales rep. Very pleasant, patient, not your typical pushy car salesman. And tell him the guy with the sagebrush green Ram sent you. The only (very minor) negative was with parts/service when I went back to see about getting remote start installed. They quoted me about $100 more than Puyallup Dodge so I'm heading down there monday to get that installed. But that's only a real minor thing and the folks there at Enumclaw parts and service are really nice folks. I'll still get my dodge serviced there in Enumclaw. More
Went up to Enumclaw Chrysler Jeep Dodge to check out a used Dodge Caliber after having my offer at a previous dealership turned down. I was impressed about how friendly and eager they were to earn my busi used Dodge Caliber after having my offer at a previous dealership turned down. I was impressed about how friendly and eager they were to earn my business. While they were trying to work out a deal for me the other dealership called me back to tell me that they had called the owner and he agreed to give me the vehicle at the price I wanted. They tried to match it but the vehicle they had was not as in as good of condition in comparison so I had to turn them down. I would still recommend this dealership because I did have a pleasant experience and have had some pretty horrible ones at other places recently so I had to share. More
We set a date and time to meet with a salesman to purchase a 2010 Certified Used Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. Internet Mike assured us that it would be there waiting to test drive when we arrived purchase a 2010 Certified Used Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4. Internet Mike assured us that it would be there waiting to test drive when we arrived since he would be there much earlier to ensure it was ready. We arrived, no Jeep! On three different occasions and 20-30 minutes of waiting (by internet Mike, Mike Riebe and another salesman who appeared lost while milling about), we were told the car was in service to ensure the Certified Used quality, out back getting pictures taken so they can put it on the internet (by the way, it was already on the internet; this is how we found the vehicle) and then finally at CarToys getting the stereo replaced. On two of these occasions, they tried to put us in a "similar" vehicle that had 10,000 more miles (too many miles for its year) than the one we planned to purchase. They disappeared again seemingly lost at what to do next, so we left. We sent a text to internet Mike to express our dissatisfaction. He made numerous excuses how "he can't do it all" and felt "attacked." Never a disparaging word was used. The Enumclaw CJD's first "standard" is "treat the customer how you want to be treated." Is this how they want to be treated? We agree internet Mike can't do it all, but between 8:30am and our 10:00am arrival, he had no clue the Jeep was not available since the day prior? With today's economy, we thought they would be happy to sell us the vehicle we wanted, ensure it was ready for the test drive OR call to tell us the vehicle was not ready so we would not waste our time and gas driving an hour to the dealership and set up a new time to look at the vehicle. Now, they want to drive the vehicle to our home to sell the vehicle. WHAT? Is this a common dealership practice? NO THANKS! More
This is in regards to a brand new Challenger (barely a month old now) that was taken back to have the NWPP and Karrtrack added. The car is awesome. I am not posting in regards to purchase experience. This month old now) that was taken back to have the NWPP and Karrtrack added. The car is awesome. I am not posting in regards to purchase experience. This is in regards to a matter of ethics and trust at the service dept of this dealership. As planned, I took it back to have NWPP added, requires an overnight drop off. I drop it off, zero out EVIC and note the odometer. When I pick it up the next day there were 6 miles on it and EVIC read .71 Gs on the rear. This equates to a burn-out as that's the only way to pull that much G force on the rear. Not to mention .4 to .5s on the front and sides which equates to joy riding. A "road test" that hard is not needed to apply sealant on the paint and teflon on the carpets. I take it back the following week for Karrtrack to be added. I say nothing at this point, I just want to get what I paid for and be done with it. This time I zero EVIC half way there and let it record casual driving. I drop it off with from .00 to .05 Gs all around and record the mileage. The car was clean as I just had it in a car show the day before. When I pick it up, no additional miles were on it however, the rims were near black inside and out, massive break dust and wheel burn splatter all over the sides too, and drivers window was filthy. Gs read .4s and .5s all around which as best I can guess, they were doing donuts in a parking lot nearby. Those aren't normal Gs for being careful with a customers car. So not once, but twice they tear around in my car without my permission, without informing me and better yet, the service dept didn;t even know to hide their tracks in the on board computer! I will not have anything to do with this place again and will recommend others not to. I also have submitted these comments to Chrysler at the request of the Chrysler survey phone call i got the next day which included a specific request for this dealership to not contact me! I'm fairly sure Chad will read this and I hope for your business you get a handle on your service dept people. This is no way to treat a customer. This is how you wind up with former customers. More
While I was hesitant at first purchasing a Jeep Wrangler used. And grilled these guys with questions. They were completely upfront and honest. Didn't take my time for granted either. Laid back and helpful, used. And grilled these guys with questions. They were completely upfront and honest. Didn't take my time for granted either. Laid back and helpful, it was nice not being stuck there all night either. I worked off their website and just printed up and brought in the info they punched the numbers got me a payment and term that was acceptable and I was in and out of finance, which by the way was actually quite enjoyable, Mike is business and fun! Anyway they helped me clean out my trade made sure everything with the Jeep was perfect and I was gone. I've done business with Bellevue dealers, Seattle dealers... yada yada. Never heard of Enumclaw other than the site and a few radio spots. I would say if your looking for a car, give these guys a shot. More
I saw an ad on the internet for a used truck. Went in the following day for a test drive decided to talk numbers and was told that the price online was a mistake and the truck was Three Thousand dollars more following day for a test drive decided to talk numbers and was told that the price online was a mistake and the truck was Three Thousand dollars more! However they would bring that price down a few hundred dollars for their mistake. The Manager informed me the price on the internet had been changed three days prior to my vist, but I was on the webside the night before. What frauds!!!! I would never go there or recommend them to anyone! More
In short, my purchase experince with these guys was perfect. They were extremely helpful with everything. NOT just trying to sell me a car.
