Excellent experience, Friendly dealeship. Will return again. I searched 10 sites on the internet for a used 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan and found one with less than 20,000 miles. I called them first to make an appointment with Ricardo on Saturday to take a test drive. He was very friendly, low key and helpful throughout the entire buying experience. I was actually glad to find out it was no haggle price, just like our experience when we bought our Saturn 14 years ago. There were a few issues with the Van that Enterprise corrected, which I doubt many dealerships would honor. It was raining so I pointed out the Wipers were not working properly, so Ricardo had them replaced. I was given a very fair trade in value for my 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan by Bernie Hearn, Senior Sales Consultant. On the way home I notice excessive vibration at 70 MPH on Highway 275, so called on Sunday and spoke to James Williams, Asst. Mgr. who said take it to a Firestone Dealer and get it corrected. Monday had the tires balanced at no charge. Called James back to thank him and said I had second thoughts about the service contracts and wanted to drop them. Much to my surprise I drove back to Tampa and signed the revised contracts with no penalty for doing so, thanks again to James Williams. This is the way more dealerships should be run, they corrected a few bumps in the road with a smile on their face. I will revisit this dealership and Ricardo when I replace the Saturn. Only gave 4 Stars for quality of work because of the issues described above were missed on the 109 point inspection, not this dealerships fault, but were eventually corrected. One additional plus, they included floor mats, which most dealerships charge for. More
