Shady, unprofessional employees I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 2/3/2018. Also purchased extended warranty, tire/wheel protection & GAP. Was told that I could cancel I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 2/3/2018. Also purchased extended warranty, tire/wheel protection & GAP. Was told that I could cancel at any time. Ended up purchasing a much nicer, newer vehicle which had more of the options that I was looking for from another dealership two weeks later. Contacted Ryan C. on 2/19/18 to cancel GAP & all he could say was "why did I do that? You're upside down now. You have to call GAP to handle any cancellation. I don't handle cancellations." I told him that I had called GAP & was told that he would have to begin the cancellation process. So he tells me to come in on 2/20/18 @ 2 & he would have all the paperwork ready for me to sign. I go in & suddenly he's in a "very important company meeting (according to Eldon) & wouldn't be able to meet with me. So Eldon goes into Ryan and comes back with a form for me to fill out & Ryan would fill out his portion. I asked Eldon to have Ryan fax the form to me after he filled it out & was assured that he would have him fax it to me that day. Didn't get the fax that day. Now when I call Ryan is either not in yet or out for the day. Oh & I have yet to get that fax. I find this group of individuals to be extremely unprofessional & shady!! Customer service, honesty & integrity definitely does not exist with these individuals. Will never purchase from this company and will never recommend that anyone purchase from them. More

We found the vehicle we wanted online, it was transferred to our local branch, an appointment was made and it only took a couple hours to complete the process. Our sales representative was courteous and professional. There was no haggling, no stress, no pushiness at all. Our loan was pre-approved via our CU and linked into Enterprise's system. The whole thing was seamless. The only problem we had was that we were given an incorrect key and there was some delay in rectifying this because of the holidays. We love our new car and the service we received from Enterprise Car Sales. More
