We purchased a Ford F 150 in November 2022 from Enterprise. A little over a year and a half later we have a blown motor. This is a 2020 and we spent around 38k for this truck. Now we will most l Enterprise. A little over a year and a half later we have a blown motor. This is a 2020 and we spent around 38k for this truck. Now we will most likely have to spend 15k for Ford to put in a new motor. This was a known problem with these motors that enterprise should have known about when they sold us this truck. They have basically said this is your problem not ours and asked me to remove my negative review from Google. Buyer beware. More

Paid to have a car moved to Jax, fl. They provided a free car fax, but were surprised when I asked for their inspection. I had concerns about some unmarked damage that the service mechanic had verball free car fax, but were surprised when I asked for their inspection. I had concerns about some unmarked damage that the service mechanic had verbally indicated and whether the battery passed inspection on a 5 yr old BMW (batteries are only good 3-4 years). Manager called and advised they don’t provide the inspection. At the test drive , immediately a notice came up on the I drive indicating that the battery was discharging when the engine was off. Possible low battery. I drove the vehicle for a bit and then stopped/started the vehicle. Same message. Drove back to the dealer and showed them. Connected an obd and read the fault codes. Basically an electrical issue. Maybe just the battery but could be something more. Should’ve been caught by their inspection, or at least noted every time someone started the car. I walked after having spent the money to have it transported. Obd showed 43 fault codes. Probably related to the battery, but decided not to take the chance if it was a major electrical issue More

First time with Enterprise Dyana was more than helpful! The first vehicle I looked at had a leak of oil near the valve cover so I didn't want that one. However she found a similar vehicle in Orlando and had it shipped to Jax at no cost to me. After I inspected this one I found a hairline crack in the tail lends. No problem. They ordered one and had it shipped to me at my request because olive 60 million!we away. All I can say is I got a good price, great customer service by Dyana, and I have recommended this dealership to several people. More

Gary was very professional. After some online research, I went to Enterprise knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. The salesperson I was supposed to meet was not After some online research, I went to Enterprise knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. The salesperson I was supposed to meet was not there, so Gary stepped up to help me. When I found out that I didn't really like what I wanted, he recommended the vehicle that I would later purchase.
