Have recall. First visit told when parts arrived they would call to schedule work. Six months later return for oil change and follow up on recall. Started process again. Told they would call in three or for days to schedule install. Now three weeks no call. Called to check on parts spent 40 minutes on hold and talking to people who could not help. Finally left voicemail for service to return call. Still no call back. Not good More

Everything was excellent in scheduling our followup appointment to ensure we had new tires before traveling back home to CT. A little disappointed that tires we not cleaned after installed. This is the second Ford Dealer that I went to in Florida. I have to say they blew away the other dealer by far. This was my second oil change and they found out that I needed back brakes. I told them I was going back home in the morning and they suggested that they would pick up my truck and bring it back to me. This was awesome news to me! When I told them I would pay my bill Amy said just wait until there were done with the work. When does this ever happen? Especially in this state that always wants 50% down. My hat's off to Amy and Rob. Supper great team. More
Took vehicle in when Vehicle service display appeared. Vehicle was serviced however we were told there was no way to reset or stop the display from continuing. From the time of service to now the servic Vehicle was serviced however we were told there was no way to reset or stop the display from continuing. From the time of service to now the service display continually pops up and when we look in the app it tells us there’s a repeated issue however when we call Englewood Ford service department, we are told there’s nothing they can do and we have to wait for an update. However, the update never came so we called again. When we stated we would call Ford directly. They said oh no, you don’t need to do that. It’ll eventually go away. We stated there should be no reason on a brand new vehicle that the service indicator display continues to pop up and asked if we could speak with the service manager. My husband had the service rider speak with.the service manager, and we scheduled another appointment . brought the vehicle in and we were told that something needed to be replaced, they didn’t have the part and we will have to bring the vehicle in again once they have it. I question why this could not have been done the first time we brought the vehicle or even each time we called to question how to have this fixed. Instead of being told there was no way to fix it someone should have advocated for us instead us persistently advocating for ourselves. What a horrible interruption this brand new vehicle has been to my husband being able to work and my being able to work as we’re having to drive back-and-forth in the middle of the day and not have his truck for his jobs.
