Englewood Ford - Service Center

I took my 2021 Ford Edge for service and recall 22S14 on 8/14 had the car back on 8/26. They order the wrong part and they had to reorder the wright part. When I received the recall letter from Ford I wa 8/14 had the car back on 8/26. They order the wrong part and they had to reorder the wright part. When I received the recall letter from Ford I was keeping on calling to make an appointment and I was told the software from Ford they had not received it. I took my car in for service on 12/2023, and shown the letter to the to the rep, when the car was ready he told me that they did the recall and to destroy the letter, come to find out the recall was NEVER DONE. This time the rep was Phillip and he was very good, he was keep on calling to let me know the status of the car. He did his job very well, I was offer an loaner car but I refused because I do not feel comfortable to drive somebody else car. When I picked up my car on 8/26 , I asked to speak to the Manager or the Owner and neither one of was on site. Neither the owner or the manger has called me. Thanks to Phillip he did his job very well. Very disappointment how this dealership operates. The reason I gave 5 stars is because of Phillip. More
