My experience was in the purchase of a new car. The dealership had fees that were in line with what I expected and didn't include any nonsense add ons. There was an issue with the new car that was a bit out of the ordinary, and it took them a bit to get it solved, but the absolutely got it resolved for me. Buying a new car is stressful, the process is the same everywhere, but when you find a dealer that doesn't add on a bunch of crappy add-ons, does what they say and stands behind what they say you have to respect that. The people were very courteous and friendly. Service was done in a very timely fashion and on time. However, part of what was supposed to be done was- new wipers all around - was not done. We bought a vehicle that had a few issues ( one fairly serious) and it took 3 trips to the dealership to get it resolved during our vacation but they ultimately resolved those.
