The people were very courteous and friendly. Service was done in a very timely fashion and on time. However, part of what was supposed to be done was- new wipers all around - was not done. We bought a vehicle that had a few issues ( one fairly serious) and it took 3 trips to the dealership to get it resolved during our vacation but they ultimately resolved those. Not convenient since we live about 45 minutes away. We have to bring the vehicle to another dealer to fix a dent they agreed to fix- again, not convenient but apparently they will pay for it, which we hope they will ,but another trip to a dealer even further away. .So, a fair amount of inconvenience but atleast a good outcome so far.
