The ONLY reason I dropped to a fur star rating for the dealership, is the long wait to get everything finalized. Everyone from the sales guys (Edgar & Thomas) to the finance person (Brad) were all pleasa dealership, is the long wait to get everything finalized. Everyone from the sales guys (Edgar & Thomas) to the finance person (Brad) were all pleasant, easy to work with, and accommodating. It just took so long to get all the approvals and paper worked completed. I’m sure a lot of it was because of the loan, but with my SSN and an 800+ credit rating; I would expect it to have gone faster. That being said, I’m guessing that isn’t even the dealer’s issue; it’s probably the lending institution! I would definitely recommend Englewood Ford! More
