However once we got the car home within days we found out the car was infested with spider and ants(that bit) so we had to bomb the car and have it pr However once we got the car home within days we found out the car was infested with spider and ants(that bit) so we had to bomb the car and have it professionally cleaned head to toe. A week down the road, the passenger right window stopped rolling up and down. We were quoted and we had to come out of pocket about another 500 dollars. So 2 weeks into our new car we are about 1000 dollars out of pocket and it's only been 15 days!!! This is after paying cash for the car. More

They realized I was in a bit of a hurry so Scott completed all the paper work quickly and got me in for the financing quickly as well. Paul Racean was also very helpful, pleasant and even assisted me with a problem I had with transferring my plate due to a different dealership that still had a hold on it. Only place to buy a car! We had a bit of a crisis last Thursday when multiple issues with my husband's car were capped off with the engine light coming on. I contacted Mickey Mullins who told me he could help us out--and he did! We got out to the dealership where he showed us what they had available in our desired price range and we left that night with our 'new' Focus. Paul got our paperwork processed quickly and with a smile even though it was after closing time. This is our fourth car purchased from Mickey at Englewood Ford. We had looked around online to see what was available around the county and nothing is better than Englewood. Building relationships with their customers and the community make this truly a hometown dealership and there is no place I'd rather go. More

Terrible, Horrible, Awful, This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Joe Norman my sales person was the most unprofessional sales person I have eve This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Joe Norman my sales person was the most unprofessional sales person I have ever dealt with. Include the sales manager and the general manager as well. Bought a new truck and no one even bothered to thank me for my business. I was not shown anything about my new truck, no help with the technology of the vehicle. I asked Joe about the service department and he told me quote " it is not very good, wouldn't use it" Unbelievable. Finance person made numerous mistakes on my finance agreement. Ford credit how to correct the mistakes. But the worst was after the finance office deal was completed. No one even walked me out to my new truck thanking me for my business. Joe left the dealership. I did not even receive any follow up from this dealer. not a thank you letter not how is your new vehicle nothing. No manager interaction nothing. I would not come here to buy a new car. Ford is awesome but Englewood Ford is not the place to buy a new or used vehicle. ADVOID AT ALL COST. More
