Our service agent (was good, but the general atmosphere in the service department was not particularly customer friendly. Got the feeling employees were not very happy to be there, and several other agents in the service department was not particularly customer friendly. Joe K. was great to work with. I was able to do my deal over phone and just came in to pickup the truck. Although the time it took to leave after I was th was great to work with. Although the time it took to leave after I was there was TOO LONG as I had to wait for about 1.5 hrs for the finance manager to be ready to work with me. Then of course he tried to sell me more services I didn't want. Overall a good experience but internal folks need to understand the customer's time is Very Valuable. More
