Joe K. was great to work with. I was able to do my deal over phone and just came in to pickup the truck. Although the time it took to leave after I was th was great to work with. Although the time it took to leave after I was there was TOO LONG as I had to wait for about 1.5 hrs for the finance manager to be ready to work with me. Then of course he tried to sell me more services I didn't want. Overall a good experience but internal folks need to understand the customer's time is Very Valuable. More
