Brought car in for battery issue instead of checking the cables for tightness they supposedly did all kinds of junk. I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership, to include when it was Bay Harbor Ford. In August of this year I purchased a 2022 F250 Tremor that only had approx. 11,000 miles. The truck was immacula include when it was Bay Harbor Ford. In August of this year I purchased a 2022 F250 Tremor that only had approx. 11,000 miles. The truck was immaculate, except for the AC blew very weakly and had a weird smell. Even being reassured by the sales person that this was normal for this style of truck when I questioned this. I returned to speak with the sales person multiple times over the next week or so, I got the same answer every time. This is normal. When i was able to finally get the truck into Quick Lane, I was informed that there is an issue but they would not honor fixing it and it would cost me $280.00. When I refused to pay for this, I received a call from the Service Manager who claims to have talked to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager refused to fix the issue still. I have not heard from anyone to help resolve this. More
