Rude, unhelpful, incompetent, dishonest. I would never recommend this guy or dealer. I asked for detailed pictures of the car prior to purchasing as we were out of state. He neglected to show the 10+ dents, dings, scratches, cracked windshield, broken headlights (both). Asked for it to be detailed prior to pickup and the car was absolutely disgusting.
