I was shocked at the increase in price of the service. Then being upsold on new windshield wiper blades, costing $18 to install, front and back. Then another $18 to replace the air filter, which takes about 2 minutes. Other service centers that I have used, always returned the car all washed. Please don't let your service slide! Oh,, why don't you have mobile service like other Ford dealers. I'm dealing with a broken back and it would have been great to stay at home. More
