You don't accept insurances and since you have changed your staff there is no customer service. You have office staff telling folks the incorrect info or you are not doing the exams that you charge. Dave Martini and The sakes manager John were great. The finance guy was a little shaky. I qualified for a lower rate through my bank. The rate he sold me was about a point higher. Just rubbed me the wrong way. Overall I would deal with them again. I would just go through my bank on my own. More
