Have recall. First visit told when parts arrived they would call to schedule work. Six months later return for oil change and follow up on recall. We were originally told the car was a lease and then found out it was, at one time, an Enterprise Rental car. We were told that they get a lot of their used car inventory from Enterprise Rental Cars. Th found out it was, at one time, an Enterprise Rental car. We were told that they get a lot of their used car inventory from Enterprise Rental Cars. Then came the financing, which the dealership adds on points over and above what the bank rate is, but they don’t tell you that. We were told there’s a warranty, but they won’t cover the broken antenna. The antenna was broken when we bought it and the salesman said they would cover it under their warranty. The service department told us it’s not covered under their warranty and that the sales department refused to cover it. We paid almost $24,000 for the car. When we denied the extended warranty, the guy shook his head and put his head down as if he were disappointed. What kind of place are they running there! More
