Great body work after purchasing car! A+ I purchased a car from England Motor Coach about three months ago and LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with it and am very happy. Recently though I I purchased a car from England Motor Coach about three months ago and LOVE it. I haven't had any problems with it and am very happy. Recently though I was in an fender bender accident in a parking lot that damaged the vehicle so I took my car to England Motorcoach. They gave me a free estimate, handled the insurance claim process and even took me to get a rental! My car was out relatively quickly and looked like new. I had a promotional coupon too, which saved a little money. Overall, I am totally satisfied. Thank you guys again! More
A complete ripoff. And custermer service doesn't even exist. England motor coach sold me a knowingly defective car. And in no way tried to make to seek satisfaction for the consumer. I will never go to another dealer! I was looking for a 2nd car for commuting to and from work. I found an 04 Acura TL, with low mileage, emailed the England Motorcoach, and had a respo I was looking for a 2nd car for commuting to and from work. I found an 04 Acura TL, with low mileage, emailed the England Motorcoach, and had a response within a couple of hours, letting me know the car was still available. I met with Bob on Saturday. He handed me the keys and let me take the car to my mechanic to get checked out. The mechanic told me I was dumb if I passed on this car. The car was discounted due to hail damage, however, the car had a brand new paint job that England Motorcoach restored. The only thing the mechanic found with the car was the rear brakes needed to be replaced, and the alignment was off. I spoke with Bob, and they took care of the repairs for me. He was not pushy at all, treated me with respect, and explained everything in great detail. I went back on Wednesday to purchase the car, and met Matt. He wrote up the sale for me and explained everything in detail regarding the warranties, taxes, etc. Both owners were very customer service orientated and it was a relief knowing a female could go into a dealership to purchase a vehicle and not feel ripped off. I have already recommended England Motorcoach to a few of my good friends. You get a great car, for a great price, and get to deal with really nice owners. More

I couldn't pass up the price - it was very competitive and the car looked great online. When I got there - the car was exactly as I expected in perfect shape and drove beautifully. The staff was very friendly and the paperwork was done quickly. I have no complaints and am extremely happy with my purchase! I am more than happy with the body work and paint job they did. I would have never been able to tell otherwise this car had hail damage. My wife and I figure since it was just prior cosmetic work that needed to be completed that it was really no big deal. We plan on keeping the car in our family for quite a qhile. Thanks guys! More
I've had a very positive experience I went to England Motorcoach after a friend recommended them. I checked out their website, found a vehicle I liked, compared prices and found out there very competitively priced. The car we ended up buying was a Honda for my son as his first car. I have England Motorcoach a call and reached Matt. He promptly answered the call and all the questions I had. He was very up front about everything on the vehicle and when I went to see the car in person after looking at the pictures and such, I felt very positive about the car. It was exactly as described and drove great. I had the opp purity to speak with Matt's business partner Bob too - they were both on the same page and were extremely helpful. They made the whole process enjoyable, personable, friendly and fat. They even let me take the car to my mechanic to have the car looked over prior to purchase. Most dealers out there won't let people do that, so I greatly appreciate it! The car checked out great, so we bought it. We've put about 2000 miles on it now and my son loves it. I would highly recommend considering England Motorcoach to anyone. These guys are car guys. They aren't pushy salesmen looking to push people into a car it seems. I'm guessing this is just something fun they do on the side - working on and selling nice cars. My wife was very happy too. She said their shop was very clean, it was clean inside and they both seemed like happy people. Overall, A+. We are very happy with the price, no hidden fees and will shop with you guys again. Terrible place to buy a car I had really bad experience with England Motorcoach. I bought a used car from them in June 2014. On their ad, they did not inform their potential cost I had really bad experience with England Motorcoach. I bought a used car from them in June 2014. On their ad, they did not inform their potential costumer that the head rest on the left rear was missing. Before I decided to purchase, Matt promised me that he will order the head rest with the matching color to my car. However, when I received the head rest in the mail, it was a totally wrong color. So I went back to Matt and ask him to replace it with the right color. No answer for a long time. At the end, he refused to order me the right color head rest, and even forcefully saying that I should accept the wrong color. Although the head rest is only $300, which is not a big amount of money, but the way how he treated his customer is terrible!!! He completely broke the trust I had for him. They just started their business and I don't see how they can go far if they continuing cheat on/playing tricks to their customer like this. A very bad experience, not to mention that they don't even have a customer service, which made it very difficult to communicate with them. I would not recommend it to anyone. More
