They also said it wasn’t a CPO vehicle, when it clearly says it is on their website. I wouldn’t buy a car from this dealer if you paid me. If I could leave a -5 star rating, I would. Run the other way if you’re thinking about buying a car from these people. More

Had a great experience. My salesman Gavin was absolutely great! If I'm ever in the market again I won't hesitate to come back and see him. My salesman Gavin was absolutely great! If I'm ever in the market again I won't hesitate to come back and see him. More

During our negotiation over price they stuck me, my wife, and two daughters at an extremely uncomfortable table and made us wait well over an hour and a half while “they ran the numbers” the first time. We countered and the took another hour to get back with us. They held my keys to my trade in and disappeared. Finally the third or fourth time of that we agreed on a fair price (was still overpriced). I should have left knowing what I know now. Then another hour went by. Finally we got it all worked out. The truck still had dog hair in the interior and they didn’t fill it up like they said they would, and only one key but I’d had enough as it was 530pm when I got there around 11am! So a few days go by and they hadn’t sent me my application for title. I couldn’t get my tag. I called and left a message with finance. Three days go by, and nothing! Then my salesman John sends me an autogenerated email asking if I had any questions. Replied to it and got absolutely nothing in return. So as all this is going on I get a low oil warning light on the truck. 550 miles after I bought the truck. So I call and leave another message and send four more emails hoping for a response. I left multiple voicemails with the finance department and the business department because of course no one answered. STILL A MONTH LATER AND NOTHING! So I ended up at the dmv and they made it work As I was out of options. Of course with the extra late fees I had to pay. So today I’m changing my oil and they heavily over tightened the oil filter. Just another great example of their commitment to the customer. My family and I felt so pushed aside to the bad side of the dealership because we weren’t buying a brand new jeep. Then we might have gotten to sit on the couches and got a snack or something. We were still spending 32,000 dollars but it wasn’t enough I guess. Just to substantiate that I’m a real customer I bought a black Silverado on August 29th. Bought from John and another unnamed salesman who tried to help more but felt like his hands were tied as he was new. More
