Brand new facility that is really nice. The outside grounds and setup is very nice. All of the staff was very nice and professional. Blake had excellent communication skills and was very easy to get in touch with whenever I needed to ask a question. This was the worst vehicle buying experience I ever had. I had my own financing and seemed as if I was being punished. They gave me and my bank a hard time getting the paperwork needed to finish the deal. I had my own financing and seemed as if I was being punished. They gave me and my bank a hard time getting the paperwork needed to finish the deal. When I came to pick up the Jeep it was not serviced or washed. They wasted my whole day and the staff is full of liars and no one seems to know what’s going on. They also told me my trade has no value and a could of days later it’s on their Lot for sale for a whole lot more than they said it’s worth. I believe this dealership is full of crap and Jeep should not send them anymore vehicles to sell ever. Very bad buying experience and I will never go back to Encore Jeep in Mobile. More
