I recently leased my third volvo from now Empire Smithtown Volvo, two weeks later I received a bill for over $600. I first contacted my salesman Frank Milleti who passed me onto the manager Frank F Smithtown Volvo, two weeks later I received a bill for over $600. I first contacted my salesman Frank Milleti who passed me onto the manager Frank Fordette they both gave me a song and dance. They would not refund me and basically offered me an oil change. I would no longer recommend this Volvo dealer if you do use them get everything in writing and take nothing for granted. They are your typical car dealer be careful!! More
