consistantly promised a time frame for repairs only to wait and have the repairs done in twice the length of time. My next car will NOT be a Toyota or I will stop using service here. Let me start off by saying that Juan was friendly, professional, and courteous . He approached me with a smile and informed me of all the amenities available to me while I waited. He was reassuring and made me feel confident that I was in very good hands. My Prius was in excellent working order when I left the Huntington Service Facility He should be commended for his professionalism and kindness. There should be more people like Mr Vargas assisting customers. I left satisfied, well manicured, full and confident that when I need to return to Huntington Toyota Service my experience will be equally as satisfying. I went in for an appointment with new service manager and was a little nervous due to the fact I have dealt with same service manager for 8 years. Great experience, very efficient, staff is very professional in their appearance and communications with the customer. I did not have to wait before my car was taken in for service. My service was the initial 5K check so minimal work was to be done and I didn't expect to be there long. But said that you never know who is there before you. I was in and out in 30 minutes. During prior appointments, if there was a wait or delay, they always make sure I was aware of the impact and worked to make it as short as possible. I appreciate the fact that Huntington Toyota Service has late afternoon routine service appointments that fit well with my schedule. Their customer lounge is very comfortable and I like that they have a television and wifi and coffee to help pass the time as I wait. I have a prepaid maintenance agreement from the time I got the car, so while its in my best interests to bring the car to Huntington Toyota Service, I would come here (assuming they service other makes and models) even If I did not have a Toyota. I had been to Huntington toyota for my 10k mile maintenance. I worked with stephen and it was a pleasure working with the service center. Actually I was shocked to find a dealership that actually puts their customers first. I made an appointment with Steve Garguilo to have my rear brakes done on my 2010 Camry. When I arrived for the 7:30 AM appointment I was really pleased to see the coffee and bagels and appearance of the waiting area.They got me in right on time. Steve came to speak with me about 15 minutes later and said the service technician had inspected both the rear and front brakes and said I had 5 mm of wear left which would get me at least another 5,000 miles. It was my choice to wait or do it later. I chose to do it later and will keep a close eye on the mileage. I have told a dozen friends and relatives about finding an honest dealership and I know they will tell others. This was my first visit to Huntington Toyota.
