Empire Toyota of Huntington - Service Center

This was my first visit to the service department since they moved from the dealership and I had my '83 camry. I had stalled calling for an appointtment due to the recalls and the dreaded question "Did you they moved from the dealership and I had my '83 camry. I had stalled calling for an appointtment due to the recalls and the dreaded question "Did you purchase the vehichle here?" with the answer in my case being "No, I purchased the car used" Before I would have been treated as a 2nd class citizen and made to wait for an appointment. What a difference! The facility is very nice with plenty of amenities BUT it is the personnel and treatment that makes it truly outstanding. From the greeter in the bay to Chris the service writer to the cashier that assisted me, I was truly pleased and no longer have any apprehension of coming to Huntington Toyota to have my prius serviced. It is difficult to continue such a high standard but for some reason I feel that your team will continue to succeed - Congradulations You can count on your service being the ONLY one that will handle my car.
