At the time, I questioned a slightly mismatched paint color on the front bumper. I guessed the truck might have had a minor bump at some point, and it had been repainted. There was no evidence of any intrusive accident damage. I've always been a fanatic about my vehicles, so looking at the mismatched bumper was driving me nuts! After almost a year, I finally brought it to the attention of Don in service, and to Chris Tedesco, the Sales Manager. In reality, they really could have told me to "take a hike", it was a used truck after all. Instead, Chris immediately made an appointment for me with their body shop in Huntington. A week later, I dropped it off and had it back in two days! The paint was smooth, free of any flaws, and matched perfectly! They even polished and waxed the whole truck! Nice Job!!! (Thanks Chris and Gino!) These guys do want their customers to be satisfied. A few minor issues I'd had at service were addresed and corrected quickly as well (Thanks Don and Nick). I live in Nassau, but Huntington is worth the trip. These guys are good! And the Tacoma is a great truck! More
we had a very pleasant time with this visit to toyota.we always have our car serviced here and have noticed many positive changes since our last visit. we were taken in right away ( we did have a appt.) and always have our car serviced here and have noticed many positive changes since our last visit. we were taken in right away ( we did have a appt.) and our service mananger outlined the work that needed to be done and showed us where the problems were in the engine. juan also arranged a loaner car for us, while the work was being done. he was very good to us! we also very much enjoyed the massage we received from the new massage therapist that was there today. she was a lovely lady , she was nice, cheerful, full of fun, which livened up the atmoshpere of the waiting room! also give a great chair massage!!! there were lots of snacks avaiable, reading material and t.v.'s. a good place if you had to wait! I appreciated April's friendliness who made my wait less painful than it would have been in a different environment. They are HONEST. Try finding that in any service department, my vehicle now 10 years old and out of warranty. May cost a bit more; but knowing right parts and diagnosis worth the trip. They will save you money if they can and treat everyone with respect. can't say enough about them. 3 years back had a check engine light on and instead of just tightening gap cap and charging me for diagnostic check; told it was simple fix; wound up purchasing 4 new tires with money saved for repair expected; offered special, 4th tire $1 and $50 rebate to boot, and I did not have to beg for a deal. These guys are top knotch. I let only Toyota reps do my repairs, maintenance and the old girl is still humming at 97000 miles and then some. More

I was greeted by the most professional staff, Mr. Juan Vargas, and by a cheerful and friendly hostess/masseuse, April Owen. Not only the personnel was friendly and experienced, but the waiting room was airy, clean and filled with all the necessary ingredients for a long wait (coffee, teas, bagels and fruits!). I even had the opportunity to follow the soccer match between Uruguay and Korea! A special thanks to you for you progressive foresight of having April at the waiting room. She offered a relaxing back massage, badly needed after a long and busy week. In addition, she greeted everyone with a friendly smile and caring words. I congratulate Mr. Lenny Cafarelli for his excellent managerial skills. I am truly looking forward to visiting this place again for the regular services on my great Toyota Prius. This was my first visit to the service department since they moved from the dealership and I had my '83 camry. I had stalled calling for an appointtment due to the recalls and the dreaded question "Did you purchase the vehichle here?" with the answer in my case being "No, I purchased the car used" Before I would have been treated as a 2nd class citizen and made to wait for an appointment. What a difference! The facility is very nice with plenty of amenities BUT it is the personnel and treatment that makes it truly outstanding. From the greeter in the bay to Chris the service writer to the cashier that assisted me, I was truly pleased and no longer have any apprehension of coming to Huntington Toyota to have my prius serviced. It is difficult to continue such a high standard but for some reason I feel that your team will continue to succeed - Congradulations You can count on your service being the ONLY one that will handle my car. More
