2014 Toyota Sienna Maintenance I scheduled an appointment and note on the appointment schedule that I would need a loaner. The representative was upfront and honest to have me know that there was no car available at the time, but she could get a shuttle to send me home. She assured me that the car would be ready in 1.5 hrs. They found things that would have additional charge and she called me to go over them with me and I received my mini van back in a timely manner. I love the fact that she followed up and made me aware of what was going on during the process. More
