Never Toyota again You buy a Rav 4 ...in addition 2 other Prius at the same time(Smithtown)...you spend over $33,000 and you need a new transmission with 70K miles(less You buy a Rav 4 ...in addition 2 other Prius at the same time(Smithtown)...you spend over $33,000 and you need a new transmission with 70K miles(less than 4 years old)...that is completely ridiculous. New transmission 5,500 with a one year warranty...why would I ever bother again. More

The place was meticulously clean and everyone I dealt with including the manager was extremely personable and helpful with any questions I had and went the extra step to make my stay pleasurable. I would highly recommend this service center for all you Toyota need. Last price of service was very reasonable and there was none of the pushy sales techniques, just honest evaluation and excellent service More
Never again I had an 11 am appointment. I was 8 minutes late and was told someone would be with me in a few minutes to get the paperwork together for my car. At I had an 11 am appointment. At 1125 I assumed i had been forgotten about and had to find someone to see what was going on. They finally got my paperwork together and told me it would be around an hour, hopefully less. At 1235 I had to find someone to see how much longer. I was told 15 more minutes. At 1255 I again had to find someone to see what was going on. My car was ready at 1. Considering I had an 11 am appointment and made it very clear when I came in that I would be waiting for my car, I find the lack of communication to me, as well as the wait time, completely unacceptable. On a positive note I found Henry to be very apologetic and polite. More

I am used to a service desk once you walk in to greet you and take down your informatio I have never felt so lost once inside the Toyota service area. I am used to a service desk once you walk in to greet you and take down your information. I felt like I was sitting in a random building waiting to be served. Its not that service people were mean or anything, just not overly friendly. I am used to service departments being very personable and just didn't get that feeling here. I was just getting a key made and felt that service took awfully long, I was there for 1 1/2 hours. Would have like an update as to how my service was going. No I will not be back for service here anyway. This is also the first service department that is not the same building as dealership. I had to drive further away from my house and dealership to get to service department by 25 miniutes. More

I was given a number and told to wait in the waiting area to be called by a service advisor. After twenty minutes of waiting just to drop off a car I asked when a service advisor would be available I was told very rudely by Jaun the service manager that I could not have been waiting for twenty minutes and that all service advisors are all with other customers and I would have to wait. Why does service make appointments to drop off a car and then have no one available to write a service order for over twenty minutes. Forget the bagels, coffee, nails or message, ire more service advisors and provide quality customer service. More
