Excellent customer service I did not have an appointment and had my tire lights go on. Brought it in, and was helped by Wayne right away. Of course I had to wait but my car went I did not have an appointment and had my tire lights go on. Brought it in, and was helped by Wayne right away. Of course I had to wait but my car went in, got checked and was told of the problem and the first thing Wayne did was see if I had the warranty. Then told me no cost we will get it it fixed right away. Although I had to wait about an hour it was fixed and it is good as new. More

A day in Toyota 1] Length of service time is long. 2] Cashier behave was not good. 3] Vehicle Upgrade personal didn't offer any option to get new car beside saying 1] Length of service time is long. 2] Cashier behave was not good. 3] Vehicle Upgrade personal didn't offer any option to get new car beside saying its better to wait to end the lease (another year). whereas I already got offer from other dealer to get new car. And after finishing my lease why should i come back to you ! I will have many options to get car from other dealer and brands. More
