Ridiculously expensive for routine maintainence. This is a 3 year old vehicle with NO mechanical issues and this event set me back over $500.00 ! Exceptional Service Upon my arrival at the Toyota of Huntington Service Center I was greeted by Rob Geekie who explained my service that was to be performed and went out Upon my arrival at the Toyota of Huntington Service Center I was greeted by Rob Geekie who explained my service that was to be performed and went out of his way to spend time with me and answer in detail all questions that I had about my vehicles features. I was very impressed how much time Rob was willing to spend with me, after my questions were answered he escorted me to the customer service waiting area and invited me to to help myself to the refreshments that were offered. After my Rav 4’s Service was completed Rob came to the service area and escorted me to my freshly washed clean vehicle, I am very happy that I chose Huntington as my designated service center. More

Pleasant 1x Experience 1st time visiting this service center. ( My error, I assumed it was attached or within the new vehicle location on Jericho Tpke - not even close! Seems a little over priced Had a check engine light and found it was a knock sensor. To have both sensors changed, new spark plugs and radiator hoses was $2000. I'm pretty sure if a service station had done the work the price would have been lower. I was told the the car would be ready late the next day. When I texted the next day no one responded. When I called I was sent to voice mail and no one answered the voice mail. I called back a little later to fine out that my service rep was off and I would have to call back the next day. Not until I requested to speak to the service manger did anyone help me. More
